On September 10th I completed 34 curl ups, 102 step ups, and 25 push ups.On October 2nd I completed 25 curl ups, 17 push ups, and 89 step ups. I didn't improve on this assessment because I was resting for days and I couldn't exercise those days. I tried my best to increase the amount of strength I have. I am going to improve on my tests by exercising 3 days a week for at least 25 minutes. When I exercise, I am going to include push ups, curl ups, and squats.
